Not actually a Begonia but often called a Vining Begonia, the Ciccus Discolor is a super interesting climbing plant with beautiful coloration. Its long, pointed leaves are dark green with lots of texture and silver markings, with purple undersides, edges and stems. 

The Cissus Discolor likes medium to bright indirect light and warm areas of your home. Water when the top 50% of soil is dry - be careful not to overwater. These are fast growers, and we recommend potting them in a hanging basket or using a trellis.
