Medusa's Head Euphorbia
If you're into funky plants, this is the dude for you. This plant only looks cooler as it grows and spreads. Place it in a spot with lots of bright, direct sun. Water thoroughly and then allow the soil to dry completely before watering again. Cut back on watering significantly in the winter months.
