Similar to its cousin the Rubber Tree, the Ficus Melany features a more compact shape and highly glossy, burgundy and green leaves. These plants will grow quickly and to be very tall given the right conditions. A great hardy option for new plant caretakers!

This is a very chill, easy-care plant. Provide bright, consistent light - she loves a south window with sheer curtains,  but hot direct sun can burn the leaves. Avoid any low light areas for this cutie. Water when the top half of the soil is dried out, but she can tolerate some neglect. The worst thing you can do is overwater, so be cautious. Mildly toxic to animals.
