The Juniperus Procumbens Nana is a shrub native to southern Japan that makes a beautiful bonsai tree. Place your bonsai in an area that will allow a few hours of either early morning or late afternoon sun. Keep the soil moderately moist, making sure to the soil is never soaking wet or bone dry.
In general, bonsai trees do not like change, so you may notice it drop leaves when you first get it home. New leaves will regrow once it is settled into its new environment.
