Kalanchoe Gremlin (Kalanchoe synsepala)
Also known as Walking Kalanchoe (but that name's, like, way less fun), these succulents are known for their wide paddle green leaves with intense dark red, toothed edges. They grow babies from their flower stems that eventually bend toward the ground, hence their "walking" name.
Kalanchoe do best in a spot that gets direct morning southern sun and indirect light in the afternoon - be careful about getting them too much direct sun, as it can burn their leaf tips. Kalanchoe do well in cactus or regular potting soil, and like to be a little wetter than most succulents. Let the top 2" of soil dry in the spring/summer/fall before watering, and let the soil fully dry in the winter before watering.
