Painted Lady (Echeveria Derenbergii)
These are a really fun Echeveria variety, forming tight rosettes of aqua leaves with juuust slightly red tips (hence the common name Painted Lady). The red tips intensify with the more light they get.
Like most succulents, Echeveria like multiple hours of direct sunlight a day and well-draining soil. Let the soil dry out completely between waterings. When watering, avoid letting water sit within the rosette, as these dudes are prone to root rot if left in sitting water. Also, be sure to trim any dead or dying lower leaves (natural as the plant grows) to avoid getting mealy bugs.
