Pickling + Preserving Workshop

Join The Potager and Art Terrarium for an evening of pickling and preserving! Learn how to make traditionally fermented sauerkraut, quick pickles, beet kvass and kombucha. Bring in a vegetable or herb from your home garden (cucumber, dill, corainder, carrot, beet, onion, etc.) and make a jar of quick pickles to take home.
After this workshop you will be a pickling and preserving pro!
