A very distinctive variety of Agave, the Quadricolor features four different green colors on its leaves running in vertical stripes.
These are hardy Agave, and can tolerate many light environments, even partial shade. This is a great plant to keep in a bright room in the winter and on a porch/patio during the summer. Avoid too much direct sun, as it may scorch their leaves. These dudes are drought tolerant - water when the soil is completely dry, and less in the winter. These produce many pups (babies) that are easily transferred to other pots to grow.
