Sometimes called the "Peacock Plant" or the "Never Never Plant". This dramatic beauty loves bright, indirect light but be careful not to put in direct sun as it could result in burned foliage. Water with distilled or filtered water when the soil is 50% dried out. They don't want to dry out, but they don't want to be soggy either! High humidity is recommended.
