Refund policy
We allow returns and exchanges of most products up to two weeks after your purchase unless otherwise noted. Plants may only be returned if they came to the customer defective, and will not be accepted if plant health is due to customer fault. Call or email us to set up your return.
If a customer has not picked up an online in-store pick up order within 10 days, Art Terrarium reserves the right to place the products back on the sales floor without refund to the customer.
