These are beautiful trailing plants with dark and light green leaves with purple undersides. Tradescantia are pretty hardy given the right environment. Prune the stems for a fuller, bushier plant.

Keep the soil slightly moist, but don’t water directly into the crown as this will cause root rot in your dude - we recommend bottom watering. Care should be taken, particularly in winter, that the plant doesn’t become too dry. Mist wandering dude plants frequently. They prefer bright, indirect light.

Feed your plant monthly with a half-strength liquid fertilizer.
