Bromeliad Vriesea are a striking tropical plant. They are easy to keep happy when you have the right care tips.

Place them in a spot with bright, indirect light. They'll do best in an east or west window. The roots of the bromeliad are primarily for anchoring onto rocks and trees in the wild, so it's important to keep water in the cup of the plant. But not too much! Keep the cup about 1/4 full. It will do best with rain, filtered or distilled water.
